The Mastercare Home Services team seamlessly integrates with your office team to ensure that once a patient has been qualified for Remote Monitoring Services, the confirmation of the order and scheduling of the installation all happens within a short time frame. Patient vital sign data is then flowing to the practice and accessible through a practice-focused portal that provides a wealth of patient vital sign data and tools to effectively utilize that information in patient care.
